The above source is a congressional hearing before the Committee of International Relations on the solutions to problems related to international adoption. It's dense; about 100 pages long, but formal and factual as well. Written in 2002.


This the article that drove my interest in the subject area. It gives a broad idea of what’s going on and a few specific examples of children who have been trafficked because of international adoption.
